Rooms are strictly limited in supply, so anyone intrested should join the waitlist, with no cost and no commitment, as soon as they have made an application to study. We open room bookings on 01 May 2025 for the August 2025 intake.
Live independently or with a roommate
Our rooms cater for single, twin occupancy male, or twin occupancy female. So students could potentially share with someone they already know, or make a new friend as we allocate students to rooms.

Each student has their own bed, wardrobe and storage space. Each room has study workstations and private en suite washroom with toilet & shower. Some rooms have cooking facilities, and all rooms have acces to larger commual cooking facilites.

Our spacious air-conditioned rooms are well-ventilated, with lockable windows or balcony doors. The standard of fit-out is exceptional inside rooms and in shared communal areas.
Twin deluxe with kitchen
Our largest rooms provide twin beds, study space, en suite private washroom and cooking facilities for two students sharing the room. Some rooms also offer a balcony.

A resident warden offers 24 hour support for health and well-being, alongside reception staff and male and female security teams.
The student hostel is only 6km away from campus, and is well connected for travel to other parts of the National Capital Region.
By private shuttle bus
Pehaps the best way to get to campus in the morning, or back to the accommodation at night, is the private shuttle bus. This free service will run at regular intervals every weekday.
By public transport
The student hostel is a short 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, offering convenient independent access to the campus and other destinations.
By car or taxi
You should expect a 15-minute car drive to campus, subject to traffic. The student hostel has limited on-street parking nearby for both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles.

A welcoming, gated community
Make friends and join a community of students on a variety of programmes. The accommodation block is only for those from the university. Other non-university residences nearby in the same neighbourhood broaden the sense of belonging.
Respectful living
Male and female rooms are on separate floors and segregated with controlled access doors to ensure privacy and dignity. In addition to reception services, on-site security and a resident warden. female guards are stationed outside the female quarters at all times for security and pastoral care. The building operates a curfew for the safety of all students.
Healthy, convenient catering
Meals are provided for each student. The weekly menu caters for a range of regional cuisines and dietary requirements. A breakfast and evening meal are provided at set times 7 days a week. Students may also wish to use communal catering facilities outside these times, or the private cooking facilities available in selected rooms.
Socialise in comfort
Well-equipped social spaces in the communal area outside rooms feature popular indoor activities such as pool, table, video games, board games - and of course wide screen televisions. Cummunal areas have shared refrigerator space, pot washing facilities and drinking water fountains.
True peace of mind
Entrances, communal areas and stairwells are monitored on-site by 24/7 CCTV surveillance, ensuring a safe and secure environment. On-site security staff conduct regular patrols, while access to residential areas is controlled on each floor by lockable security doors. The hostel is located in a quiet gated commnunity.
Join the celebration
Students can take part in scheduled celebration events during the year including special meals catered for in the communal dining area. We are always keen to hear suggestions from students about celebration events and regular meals.
We offer our well-equipped twin and single occupancy rooms over a variety of rental periods. We have limited availability of these rooms, and expect demand to be high. We will treat applications for rooms on a first-come first-served basis, allocating students to single gender floors.
Twin with half board rates
A 40 week contract for a twin occupancy room costs around INR 4.0 lakh per student. This includes half board (breakfast and evening meals) served in the student hostel.
Single with half board rates
A 40 week contract for a single occupancy room costs around INR 6.75 lakh per student. This includes half board (breakfast and evening meals) served in the student hostel.
A fair security deposit
We ask for a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent. This is fully refundable, subject to satisfactory checks, when the accommodation contract has ended.
Accommodation contracts
Our standard contract term is for 40 weeks, matching the start and end of the academic year. We can offer some rooms on a 50 week contract basis. All students will move into their rooms in August 2025, a few days before term starts.
Full payment discount
Take advantage of a 7.5% discount on room rental when payment is made for the full rental period in a single payment before the start of the accommodation contract.
Easy payment plan
Choose to pay in three equal instalments spaced throughout the academic year. The first instalment is due before the accommodation move-in date.
