Dr Aparna Pasumarthy is an interdisciplinary researcher and educator, specializing in careers, leadership, and organizational behaviour. She previously taught at Queen Mary, University of London, and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on the careers of professional men and women in India, especially within multinational corporations. Dr Pasumarthy holds PhD Business and Management from Queen Mary, University of London. She has presented her research at major international conferences and is committed to promoting social justice, inclusion, and sustainability in academia and organisational environments.

Dr Chitrakalpa Sen is Head of Economics at the University of Southampton Delhi. He holds a PhD in Economics from the West Bengal University of Technology, following an MSc and BSc (H) in Economics from the University of Calcutta. His research lies at the intersection of sustainable finance, ESG investing, and financial market dynamics, with particular expertise in volatility modelling, regime switching, and convergence in emerging economies. Chitrakalpa has published widely in leading international journals such as Journal of Economic Surveys, Energy Economics, Resources Policy and the Journal of Cleaner Production, and his work continues to shape debates on the resilience of green investments and the role of financial markets in sustainable growth.

Dr Mohammed Anam Akhtar, currently working as Head of Business Education at University of Southampton Delhi, brings over a decade of distinguished academic, leadership, and industry experience to the role. He has previously served as Assistant Professor of Accounting and Finance and BBA program chair at IMT Dubai, contributed to ACCA program accreditation, and held teaching and consultancy positions at Curtin University (Dubai). Dr Akhtar holds a PhD in Management from NIT India, is a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE, UK), and is UGC-NET qualified. His wide-ranging expertise ensures academic rigour and innovation in business programs at the University, enriching the student experience with world-class learning and strong industry engagement.

Dr Rajesh Yadav is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in creating innovative and engaging learning environments. Specializing in Cybersecurity, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics, Malware Analysis, Threat Detection, and Ethical Hacking, he combines hands-on experiential teaching with curriculum design to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He holds a BE, MTech, and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and has contributed to both national and international academic institutions. He serves as a Lecturer at the University of Southampton Delhi, having previously held diverse academic roles across multiple institutions. Yadav’s teaching excellence and contributions to the cybersecurity domain have been recognized with the Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of Southampton Malaysia and the International Educational Achievements Award for his outstanding contributions to the Cybersecurity domain.
