This page shows you how to collect your student ID card. You must have a student ID card to access campus and identify you as a member of the student community.

You should collect your student ID card on Friday 29 August.

You should display your student ID card whenever you are on campus. This gives you access to campus facilities, the library, lecture and seminar rooms, and shows you are a member of the student community.

Your student ID card will valid until the end of your studies. 

What you will need

To be eligible to for a student ID card you must have:-

  • created your university IT account.
  • supplied a passport-style photo as part of document verification.
  • enrolled as a student. 

We do not charge for your student ID card, except where the original student ID card has been lost. In this case, the cost for a replacement student ID card is Rs. 500.

Collecting your student ID card

We will send you a confirmation message letting you know that your student ID card is ready to collect on campus from reception. We expect that cards should be ready to collect on Friday 29 August.
