Making a complaint

The University of Southampton Delhi is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and accessible process for addressing concerns and grievances.

Students are encouraged to first raise any concerns through the Student Hub, which serves as the central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries. The Student Hub will review your concern and work with the relevant teams to facilitate a timely and effective resolution.

If your concern cannot be resolved informally, the Student Hub will guide you through the formal complaints process and ensure your case is appropriately logged and addressed.

The University is committed to handling all complaints with fairness, confidentiality, and within defined timelines, while safeguarding the rights of all parties involved.
