Located in Sector 45, Gurugram, our student accommodation provides a safe, comfortable and supportive environment within easy reach of campus. Designed exclusively for University of Southampton Delhi students, it offers a balance of independence, convenience and pastoral support throughout your studies.
Students are accommodated in twin-sharing rooms on single-gender floors. Sharing accommodation can be a valuable part of the university experience, helping students settle into university life and become part of a wider student community.
Rooms are allocated by the university and are available exclusively to University of Southampton Delhi students.

Accommodation Walkthrough
The accommodation is exclusively for University of Southampton Delhi students and is intended to provide a welcoming and respectful living environment.
Students are expected to follow the Student Accommodation Handbook and all associated policies. Family members and relatives may visit students subject to accommodation visitor procedures.
To support student welfare and safety, restricted hours apply between 11:00p.m. and 6:00a.m.
The accommodation is located approximately 8 to 9km from campus and is served by a dedicated university shuttle service.
A complimentary shuttle service operates between the accommodation and campus via Sector 55–56 Golf Course Road Metro Station.

HUDA City Centre is the nearest Metro station, providing convenient connections across Gurugram and Delhi.
The journey between the accommodation and campus typically takes around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Twin-occupancy accommodation is offered on a 40-week contract (extendable upon request) aligned with the academic year. The accommodation contract will be officially signed by students upon admission.
The accommodation fee is INR 5,25,000 (inclusive of GST). Additionally, there is a refundable deposit of INR 1,00,000 which students are required to pay to book the accommodation.
Payment arrangements
Accommodation fees may be paid in three instalments across the academic year. Students should contact the Finance team for details of payment schedules and deadlines.
Accommodation check-in
The planned accommodation check-in date for the 2026 intake is August 2026.
Vacation periods
Students may remain in accommodation during university vacation periods. Additional catering charges may apply where relevant.
Before arrival
Students will be required to complete an accommodation contract before taking up residence.
Move-in dates
Students will typically move into accommodation shortly before the start of the academic year. For the current intake, the planned move-in date is August 2026.
Holiday periods
Students may remain in accommodation during university vacation periods. Additional lunch charges may apply during these periods in accordance with accommodation arrangements.
