Welcome to the university

We are excited to welcome our first students to the university. Complete these steps to join our community and start your studies.

We hope that you are as excited as we are for you to become part of the only Global Top 100 university here in India.

As part of our first cohort, you have shown true spirit, incredible tenacity and a genuine confidence in your future. You are one of the first students in the country with the courage to transform your future with a new style of education. You can be proud to be remembered in history as an educational trailblazer.

We want to make your journey to University of Southampton Delhi as smooth as possible. Over the next few weeks, we will ask you to complete a number of important steps to join our community:-

Set up IT account between 20-22 August 2025.
Verify your documents between 22-24 August 2025.
Check in to student hostel from 23 August 2025 onwards.
Enrol at the university between 27-29 August 2025.
Collect your student ID card on Friday 29 August 2025.
Student induction and support week from 25-29 August 2025.
Careers and employer week from 01-05 September 2025.
Pay tuition fees by 08 September 2025.

We will provide more detail on these steps over the next few days, and our expert staff will be on hand to guide you through them.

It is important that you complete these tasks before teaching starts on campus on 08 September 2025.

Set up IT account

You must set up your IT account to access the university's IT systems.

Check in to student hostel

If you have booked accomodation, you must check in before you travel to the accommodation or move into your room.

Enrol at the university

You must officially enrol to join the university as a student.

You must have a student ID card to access campus and identify you as a member of the student community.

Student induction and support week

Prepare to 'hit the ground running' with support and advice from professional and academic teams. Sessions take place on campus from 25-29 August 2025.

Pay tuition fees
