This page shows you how to enrol at the university. You must officially enrol to join the university as a student.

Why you must enrol

Enrolling is how you officially join the University. If you don't enrol, you can be withdrawn from your course.

It can take up to 24 hours after setting up your IT account for the University’s other systems and services to become available to you. This includes your email and enrolment services.

What you will need

To enrol, you’ll need:-

  • your University IT account login details.
  • your University ID number, also known as your student ID number.
  • your current permanent address.
  • emergency contact details.

You'll also be asked for the following details, but you can enrol without them and add them later:-

  • a term-time address.
  • your mobile number.

Congratulations! When you have Enrolled at the university you can access:-

  • Blackboard, our online learning environment.
  • Your university email account.
  • SUSSED, our university intranet and digital portal, showing your personal timetable and a range of internal services.
  • The Student Hub, to reach your go-to team for information and support.

It's time to take the next step in your journey and collect your student ID.

Collect your student ID card

Your student ID card will be ready by mid-August 2026, and you must collect it from the Student Experience team on campus. The card provides entry to campus and access to campus facilities. You must carry it with you every day.

Attend student induction

Hit the ground running with support and advice from academic and professional teams. Induction sessions take place on campus from Monday 24 August to Thursday 03 September 2026. Induction includes career and employability sessions and other must know information.

Bootcamps conducted for students

Teaching begins 07 September 2026

Check your timetable for lectures and seminars when the academic term starts on 07 September 2026.
