Check in to student hostel

This page shows you how to check in to the student hostel. You must check in before you travel to the accommodation or move into your room.

Verify documents

You must have verified your documents before you are able to move into your room. Verification checks take place on campus, so you should come to campus with your documents rather than travelling to the student hostel. The offical shuttlebus will take you from campus to the student hostel.

You must also make accommodation fee payments before you move into your room. These payments are:-

A deposit to secure your room.
A first instalment towards your remaining accommodation fees.

When you have completed both verification checks and made payments, you can check in to your room from 23 August 2025.

What you will need

Original documents that need to be checked and verified.
Any proof of payment or receipts that show that you have paid accommodation fees.
